Exchanges and Returns

If you're happy, we're happy!

At HOWI we pride ourselves on excellent customer service so if anything is wrong with your order; be it wrong size, faulty item or it simply is just not right for you, please contact us and we will happily exchange or refund your purchase less the shipping cost within 7 days of purchase.

All additional shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer for exchanges or returns. We suggest that you send your order back with tracking or signature as items have been known to go missing.

For all exchanges and returns we only ask that the clothes remain in their original condition and have not been washed or worn. Please also make sure that the tags are still attached.

In the rare case of a faulty item, we ask  that you send it back so we can assess the item. If it is indeed a fault, we will either repair the item, offer an exchange or refund. All shipping costs will be covered by us if the item is deemed to be faulty.

For sale items, HOWI is happy to exchange items but won’t provide any refunds. Again, additional shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.
